Public Information Requests

Requests for public information can be made by sending an e-mail to the City Secretary’s Office or by submitting a Public Information Access Form.  The form may be mailed to the attention of City Secretary at 2000 Forest Ridge Drive, Bedford, TX 76021, hand delivered to City Hall Building A or faxed to (817) 952-2103.  Please be as specific as possible as to the records you are requesting.

Alcohol Beverage Registration

Chapter 10 of the City of Bedford Code of Ordinances covers the sale of alcoholic beverages within the City.  Any person or dealer applying for, granted, or holding a license or permit pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption must register with the City Secretary’s Office using the below form.  There is no fee for this registration.

Speaking at a Council Meeting

Any person desiring to speak at a Council meeting under Persons to be Heard must request so in writing to the City Secretary’s Office by noon the Wednesday before the scheduled meeting.  Please be specific as to the topics you wish to address to the Council.   Further information about speaking at Council meetings can be found here.
